Delivery
We have made sure our customers have the most competitive postage rates. To deliver the product safely to your door, Milisa G Accessories delivers Australia Wide and overseas using the services of Australia Post. We provide the following options for delivery, Regular Post, Registered Post or Express Post. The choice is yours, please refer to the postage charges below to review the rates to ensure the best option is selected for your individual needs. Alternatively your shipping costs will be calculated automatically at the time of purchase.
We will endeavor at all times to dispatch orders placed by 1:00pm the same business day, in instances where this is not possible, orders will be dispatched the following business day.
Your delivery options in detail
Regular Post – this is the cheapest option, and does not require a signature for receipt of the parcel. If the parcel does not fit in your mailbox, you may run the risk of having it left in an alternative location, like on your doorstep. In this instance Milisa G Accessories cannot accept responsibility if the parcel goes missing or is damaged. Alternatively you may wish to nominate a work address to ensure the parcel is delivered to you safely. In most cases however, if the parcel is too large for the mail box, than a collective card will be left with collection instructions for your nearest post office.
Registered Post – for an additional $2.00 you can nominate to receive your delivery via registered post. This means a signature is required when orders are received. The delivery address provided should have someone available to receive the goods during normal business hours (9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday), in this case you may want to nominate a work address. If no one is able to sign for the parcel, a collective card will be left to advise the nearest post office for collection. This is the safest delivery option and one we would recommend for security reasons.
Express Post – this is for the impatient types who want a next day delivery service. This is a cost effective way of receiving your goods, as a flat rate Australia wide of $6.80, $9.70 or $11.00 (dependent on number of pairs ordered and weight) is charged. This is particularly a good option for parcels weighing 1kg and upwards. Please note – this service is not however eligible for registered post, so a signature is not required. If the parcel is too big to be left in the mail box, than a collective card will be left with collection instructions for your nearest post office.
Prices
Freight is charged at cost. All product and freight prices are inclusive of gst, and are correct at time of printing.
Delivery Times
Standard Registered Post - please allow 1- 4working days for delivery, this will vary slightly dependent on the nominated delivery destination.
Express Post – please allow 1 working day.
Overseas Orders
Overseas customers are welcome. Orders must be paid for in Australian Dollars and appropriate charges will apply. Please refer to the postage chart for delivery costs outside of Australia.
